We are seeking a dynamic individual to join a bigger team as the Head of Food and Beverage Operations - F&B at a resort in Fiji. This is a unique opportunity to showcase your leadership skills and drive performance to new heights.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of Food and Beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
- Deputise the General Manager in his absence
- Lead and mentor a diverse team to deliver excellence in performance and guest experiences.
- Collaborate closely with the General Manager to drive overall resort success and achieve strategic goals.
- Implement innovative strategies to enhance F&B offerings and maximise revenue opportunities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional development.
Requirements:
Extensive multi-level experience in Food and Beverage operations within the hospitality industry.
Proven track record of leadership and management in a similar role.
Comfortable leading and motivating a local workforce to achieve excellence.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Family-friendly attitude; family and kids welcome.
Salary negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
