About the role
Your experience and knowledge of property settlements will allow you to take ownership, and independently manage your own workflow of Residential property transactions.
- Assessment of Lender instructions
- Preparation of Loan Documents
- Quality Assurance of Loan Documents.
- Vetting of Trust and Lease Documents
- Liaising key stakeholders such as Mortgage Brokers, Borrowers' Solicitors and major Australian banks
- Document Verification of signed documents
- Certification of files
- Settlement bookings
About you
To be successful, you will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Outstanding communication skills, with a positive disposition and a flexible attitude to work tasks,
- Possess excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work to deadlines,
- A genuine interest in property and finance including experience in Mortgage Settlements or Conveyancing within a fast-paced, high volume environment, working within strict Service Level Agreements (desirable).
