Position Overview:

Precision Sourcing is seeking an experienced Technology 360 Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in technology recruitment and a proven track record of success in sourcing and placing top talent in the industry. As a 360 Recruiter, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing client relationships and ensuring a seamless hiring experience.

Responsibilities:

Source and attract top talent in the technology and data sectors through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.

  1. Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including interviews, skills assessments, and reference checks, to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to understand their hiring needs, preferences, and company cultures.
  3. Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive job descriptions and recruitment strategies tailored to their specific requirements.
  4. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding, to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
  5. Provide regular updates and feedback to candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process to ensure transparency and alignment.
  6. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in technology recruitment to continuously improve sourcing and hiring strategies.
  7. Meet and exceed individual and team targets for placements, revenue generation, and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in technology recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced agency environment.
  2. Proven track record of success in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in technology and data-related roles.
  3. Strong understanding of technology stacks, programming languages, and other technical skills relevant to the industry.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with candidates and clients.
  5. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  6. Results-driven mindset, with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional results.
  7. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  8. Australian work rights and willingness to work in Sydney.
