Your new role
Reporting to the Operations Manager this role will see you responsible for leading a small team to complete a range of diverse tasks associated with the preparation and return of Ausco Hire Fleet Assets for customers.
No two days will be the same and you this will see you completing office based tasks working in the hire yard located at Hume ACT. Other key responsibilities will Include:
- Prepare hire fleet for safe transportation and transit to customer location in accordance with safety requirements
- Ensures fleet meets Ausco standards and is thoroughly checked and inspected, as per internal quality controls, prior to dispatch
- Coordinates and participates in stocktake of serialised, non-serialised and store items accounting for all company assets
- Thorough and effective administration of asset management processes in company approved systems
- Manage specialised projects and subcontractors

Your new role

We are looking to hear from candidates with a proven experience in leading small operational teams to complete tasks in a safe, efficient and quality focused manner. Other desired skills and experience include:
- Strong planning and time management capability, that is adaptable and flexible to meeting competing and at times conflicting deadlines
- Knowledge of the modular building, building, construction or resource industry is advantageous
- Must have a forklift (High Risk) licence and current drivers' licence
- Excellent stakeholder engagement with an ability to build strong relationships
