We’re now scouting for a versatile General Manager to lead both Operations and Maintenance departments. Holding the dual mantle of orchestrating company-wide operations and ensuring our expansive fleet’s prime condition, this role is integral. With our fleet of over 100 towing and tilt tray vehicles stationed across Perth, the seamless confluence of operations and meticulous maintenance are vital. Aligning endeavours across our Perth hubs, the role demands a holistic vision and strategic approach to maintain and amplify our venerated service standards.
This pivotal role beckons a professional equipped with deep managerial acumen and mechanical insights, ready to make a mark in a company trailblazing in the towing and transport sector.
As a cornerstone of our Senior Leadership Team in Landsdale, you’ll architect comprehensive strategies spanning operations and fleet maintenance. Marrying efficiency with innovation, the role seeks a visionary leader to galvanize a diverse team towards our standards and service philosophy.

Your Qualifications:
- Mastery in comprehensive problem-solving, forward-thinking leadership, strategic planning, and efficient time management.
- A proven track record in managing broad teams spanning multiple domains.
- An innate ability to mentor, strategize, and cultivate team cohesion.
- In-depth knowledge of tilt tray and towing systems.
- Exceptional written and spoken communication skills.
- Comfort with modern maintenance and operational software tools.
- An Australian Heavy Mechanical Trade Certification or similar qualifications.
- Possession of MC and Forklift licenses would be deemed advantageous.
