This role is an outstanding career opportunity for someone with strong operational excellence and business growth experience who is looking to advance to a senior leadership role.

An inspiring and motivated leader, the General Manager for WA will contribute to the creation and execution of Fuelfix’s strategy, being accountable and responsible for growing the revenue and profitability of the Fuelfix business in Western Australia through planned pursuit of growth across all activities.

This is an exciting time to join Fuelfix as we continue to build our hydrocarbons business whilst supporting organisations in new equipment and technologies as they transition to a cleaner energy future.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead and manage operational excellence to maximise the financial return of the Western Australian Business Units.
  • Enable high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement. 
  • Lead the team in business development, marketing opportunities, and sales planning. 
  • Build and execute an annual business plan to grow the WA business in all areas.
  • Empower the team to develop and implement short, medium, and long-term goals to advance initiatives.
  • Build team capability.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and curiosity to encourage a solution focused, customer centric approach. 
  • Work collaboratively with the wider Exec Leadership team to meet the overarching strategic objectives.
