The purpose of the Investment and Technology Group is to provide investment strategy and deliver commercial and enterprise-wide information technology services to drive high performance and improved commercial outcomes for the State. The Enterprise Technology division provides enterprise technologies including Corporate Systems, Enterprise IT (such as Workplace, Service Desk, Infrastructure, Cyber, and IT operations), and data platforms together with organisation-wide data.
About the Role
This position is Fixed Term, Full time until 18/03/2026.
This role sits within Solution Design and Delivery Branch within Enterprise Technology Division and the primary purpose of this role is to architect, implement, and maintain secure IDAM and network solutions. You will collaborate with solution architects, operations team, and vendors to design network and IDAM services aligned with DTP objectives and meet business outcomes in a timely manner. You will also be responsible to identify and resolve issues related to IDAM and network services.
The individual needs to design and manage secure network services and identity governance in cloud environments, ensuring compliance with security standards and effective incident response in collaboration with the cybersecurity team. Influence IT strategies and technical architecture through strong understanding of authentication protocols, network standards, and stakeholder negotiation, while developing policies and evaluating industry innovations to enhance service delivery.
