The Role

Seeking for a passionate technical lead capable of providing technical insights that lead to the successful delivery of solutions by designing, implementing, developing, and supporting applications, and leading application analysts and developers within the Fertilizer business, ensuring the efficient execution and operation of application development platforms to support business systems and processes. Offer IT consultation to the Fertilizer businesses, advising on the best technical solutions to address business challenges. Manage relationships with BAU software vendors and service providers for necessary support and assistance.

• Develop application landscapes and roadmaps, identify non-functional requirements, clarify business requirements for technical deliverables, and design integrations between applications.
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of organisational software assets, from acquisition, and implementation, to eventual retirement or replacement
• Manage, lead, and coach SAP S&D team members, and plan resources to meet project demands, including assisting in testing and deployment.
• Engage directly with customers to analyse and determine requirements, ensuring an understanding of operational processes and value generation.
• Assist with the management of IPF-specific IT Applications budget and cost control.
• Participate in or lead major incident management processes, manage daily activities and project timelines, ensure compliance with IT policies and cyber rules, and meet incident and service request SLAs.
• Serve as the escalation point for the Global IT Service Desk, ensure compliance with company HSE standards, document support procedures, cross-train peers, and communicate with customers regarding project and incident support status.

• People management experience as well as liaising with intercompany teams.
• Having worked within an SAP environment (ERP - C4C – E-Commerce preferred).
• Experience designing and implementing solutions.
• Understanding of the ITIL Framework.
