About the Opportunity:

A leading APAC FMCG business in is seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to drive their FP&A function. This is an exciting opportunity to add-value through setting up new systems and process, driving commercial and strategic business decision making through business insights and analusis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, rolling- forecasts, and long-term planning
  • Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for decision-making
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations
  • Assist in the development of KPIs and dashboarding to track business performance
  • Business partner with key internal stakeholders to drive business objectives
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and CA/CPA qualification preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, preferably in the FMCG/QSR/Procurement industry
  • Transaction Services/Advisory experience highly desirable
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends
  • Experience in building financial models and reports, Power BI skills preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
