The Business – Customer Success Manager

This SaaS business is the go-to for a broad range of government, advisory and private businesses, across a variety of industries primarily GRC, and ESG.

Their complex SaaS platform provides security in managing critical information and automating complex processes, trusted by big names such as Deloitte, Quantas, Visa, Goldman Sachs, and many more in 180 countries.

The Role & Responsibilities – Customer Success Manager

You will be the sole manager of around 30 customers across 10 key accounts, supporting customers using cloud-based software products, ensuring they maximise the use of the platform, and that all features and benefits are fully utilised. You’ll also manage any customer queries, and be on-hand for renewals.

  • Serve as an expert and advocate for all business products and features
  • Elevate customer service confidently with personalised onboarding, guidance, education, and training on the SaaS platforms.
  • Proactively addressing customer technical enquiries and challenges
  • Strategically identify opportunities for customer expansion and renewal

Experience Required to Thrive in This Position

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a customer success or account management position within tech or SaaS specifically
  • Experience working within Government, Risk and Compliance is highly beneficial
  • An interest in ESG and GRC would put you in a great position for this roleThrive in a high-energy creative and metric-driven marketing team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - are highly organized and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
