Alchemy Partners is a transformative consultancy firm with significant experience of collaborating with organisations in government and private enterprise. Positioned with CxO's, our team co-designs solutions to complex, systemic challenges and helps our clients realise their transformation ambitions.

Responsibilities

  • We are seeking a number of people at the equivalent of Senior Consultant, Manager, Senior Manager and Director.
  • The roles will be full-time hybrid located in Sydney (part-time roles will also be considered).
  • The team members selected will be responsible for undertaking client engagements, in federal government or private enterprise, with senior staff in these departments and businesses.
  • The range of skills our consultants typically develop, due to the seniority of leadership we engage with, accelerates their careers beyond that which can normally be provided by the Big 4 consulting firms.

Qualifications

Example qualifications and experience are detailed below. Alchemy Partners does not expect candidates to have all of these skills. We will seek to expand each team members experience to develop new skills. Experience may include:

  • Strong project management, critical thinking and problem-solving skills - i.e. a good broad based consulting background.
  • Experience at leading small teams on client engagements.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, sufficiently confident to facilitate a senior group of client executives (supported by a senior lead).
  • Experience in business transformation, organisational design, change management, and / or strategy development.
  • Experience in collaborative design techniques and methods.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Experience with change management frameworks.
  • Accomplished at crafting communications strategies and scripts.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Security clearance to NV1 level.

  • Salary range of between $100k and $220k plus superannuation, depending on experience.
