Network Planning Lead

The network planning lead for 7 Eleven is a pivotal role focused on the rapid growth and expansion of the company's retail network. This position is responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to increase the number of stores within our network, ensuring they meet market demands and align with the company's growth objectives. The role involves identifying prime locations for new stores, optimizing the performance of existing locations, and working with a team of Store Developers to drive business expansion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in site selection, market analysis, and project management within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

What you’ll be doing

  • Strategic Expansion Planning: Develop and execute growth strategies for new petrol stations and convenience stores.
  • Market Analysis: Use best-in-class tools to identify high-potential locations through comprehensive market research.
  • Network Optimization: Enhance performance and customer experience at existing stores.
  • Capital Management: Oversee the capital planning and management of existing network refresh works
  • Developer Support: Collaborate with store developers to review potential locations and build robust business cases.
