Our Planning, Land Use Strategy, Housing, and Infrastructure (PLUSHI) team within NSW Planning are currently seeking to appoint an Executive Director, Planning Delivery and Integration.

As the Executive Director, Planning Delivery and Integration, you will be responsible for PLUSHI’s overall program and project management function, as well as managing stakeholder relationships. You will also provide leadership, integration and management processes and functions to improve the consistency and efficiency of PLUSHI and the NSW Planning Group’s delivery commitments. 

About You
To be successful in the role, you will be a dynamic, solution-focussed leader with strong knowledge and experience of the workings of government and land use planning. You will also have previous experience leading and delivering high level cross-group initiatives and projects coupled with reporting functions to meet strategic and operational objectives.

Your high-level communication skills and your ability to build effective stakeholder relationships will be the key to success in this interesting and varied role as you will be required to collaborate across the department and NSW government.

Essential requirements

  • Degree qualification in a related discipline or equivalent relevant experience
