We are looking for a Creative Designer aka Visual Magician who is not only adept at navigating the entire design process from concept to execution but also maintains an unwavering commitment to quality in every piece of work.
Creative Catalyst: You'll be the force behind transforming initial sparks of ideas into captivating visual experiences. From concept development to final execution, you'll ensure that each project not only aligns with our innovative brand ethos but also pushes the boundaries of conventional design.
Design and Brand Architect: Your work will craft a narrative that goes beyond the surface, embedding our brand's identity with a unique voice that challenges the status quo and connects deeply with our audience. Your designs will not just be seen; they'll be felt.
Agility Meets Excellence: In our fast-paced environment, your ability to move quickly without compromising on quality will be key. Innovation and creativity are at your core, enabling you to navigate the dynamic demands of startup life while maintaining the highest standards of excellence.
Concept and Design: Lead creative projects from initial concept through to final execution, transforming ideas into impactful visual solutions with precision and creativity.
Brand Development: Evolve our visual identity by adding depth and emotion into our brand
Animation and Motion Graphics: Create dynamic, engaging designs that bring our stories to life, ensuring each piece is crafted with attention to detail and emotional impact.
Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest standards of quality in all design outputs, challenging the status quo and exceeding expectations with innovative and exceptional designs.
Project Management: Efficiently manage multiple projects, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
Collaboration with Global Freelancers: Work closely with freelance creatives from around the world, coordinating and integrating their contributions to ensure a cohesive and high-quality output.
Your portfolio will tell the story of projects you've led from ideation through to realisation, showcasing your flair for turning concepts into reality. Please share a link to your portfolio in your application.
Experience or exposure to environments like Award School, or work within creative agencies, is a bonus, but not a prerequisite. What matters most is your dedication to the craft, regardless of whether you're stepping up from a Junior role or you're an experienced Mid-level professional seeking new challenges.
