About the Role: Seeking a Civil Engineer to join the team. This role is predominantly office-based, with approximately 80% of the work conducted from the Shailer Park office and regular site visits as required. The successful candidate will:

  1. Collaborate with the Senior Engineer to develop detailed engineering plans for a variety of Civil Infrastructure projects. Predominantly Subdivisions.

  2. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

  3. Interface with clients, stakeholders, and authorities to discuss project specifications, provide progress updates, and resolve any issues that may arise.

  4. Prepare comprehensive project reports and documentation, including progress reports, feasibility studies, and compliance assessments.

About You: To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
  2. 2+ years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on subdivision and land development projects.
  3. A proven track record in project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client and team interaction.
  5. A commitment to delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
