Position: Senior Associate, Salaried Partner, or Full Equity Partner – Accounting
About the Firm: We are representing a prestigious accounting firm located in the Upper North Shore of Sydney, renowned for its excellence in business services and tax. The firm is looking for someone to manage $650,000 of its fee base, serving SMEs, superfunds, and individual tax clients with a loyal, long-term client base. This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a highly experienced and motivated Chartered Accountant (CA) or CPA to join the firm in one of three potential roles: Senior Associate, Salaried Partner, or Full Equity Partner.
Role Description: Depending on your experience and career aspirations, you can join the firm as a Senior Associate, Salaried Partner, or Full Equity Partner. As an equity partner, you will manage a fee base of $650,000, with the option to carve off these fees to a separate firm under your full control while still operating within the existing brand structure, including shared office space and staff. For those seeking greater autonomy or preferring a different level of commitment, the Senior Associate or Salaried Partner roles offer significant professional growth and financial rewards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a fee base of $650,000.

Candidate Requirements:
- CA or CPA qualification.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in business services and tax.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and growing a fee base.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full equity position with significant financial rewards (for Equity Partners).
- Salaried Partner or Senior Associate roles with attractive compensation packages.
