Primary Responsibilities & deliverables
Your primary responsibilities include:
Perform regular checks to ensure AA WCAG compliance for all components
Perform automated and manual testing on components
Deploy frontend code via agreed pipelines
Maintaining and upgrading existing websites
PHP website development and maintenance (including WordPress)
Integrating third-party systems into websites
Conform to documented processes
Work closely with other development team members in an agile process
Company standards
You are required to meet the following standards:
Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM with lunch and breaks
You are required to use business tools as directed by your General Manager
You are required to contract with LT Network solely and not with any other organisation in a similar capacity for the duration of your employment
Personal Development
You are required to:
Keep up to date with the latest web development and industry trends
Collaborate and knowledge share with other LT Network Developers
Attend specialised training workshops and courses to upskill
Key Support Roles
Your support role to other team members include but not limited to:
Contribute to the overall company direction and growth as discussed with your manager(s)
Deliver accurate and detailed handovers to internal teams when on leave or not available
Support internal teams to meet client requirements and goals
Provide constructive feedback to internal teams
Key Performance Indicators
Your key performance indicators are what you will be measured against and include:
Successfully uphold planning and systems put in place and agreed to - timesheets and reporting
Meet all workplace standards and non-negotiables as detailed in this Job Role and Description
Ensure your emails and calls are responded to and actioned in a timely manner
