OverviewWe are seeking a Dispute Resolution Officer to join our Workers Compensation team. This role will be responsible for representing Gallagher Bassett throughout the conciliation process, determining fair outcomes for disputed matters relating to workers compensation claims. You’ll meet with injured workers, conciliators, panel members and legal representatives throughout the dispute process, with a focus on determining fair outcomes for these disputes.
