Responsibilities As a Dispute Resolution Specialist, you will work within a centre of excellence for complaint resolution, delivering fair and timely outcomes for complainants while adhering to RG271 guidelines. You’ll manage the end‑to‑end complaint handling process for the Trustee office, oversee both simple and complex superannuation complaints, influence change to improve the member experience, and provide meaningful insights to prevent future complaints.
