Von Wien aus steuert das Management-Team den Bereich Airfreight der wachsenden und erfolgreichen Division Air + Ocean mit mehreren Niederlassungen im In

Als Teil des Airfreight-Teams tragen Sie maßgeblich dazu bei, dass unsere Kunden Ihre Transporte pünktlich erhalten. Das abwechslungsreiche und internationale Aufgabengebiet des „**Logistics Coordinators Airfreight (m/w/d)**“ beinhaltet die selbstständige Abwicklung, Überwachung und Optimierung von internationalen Transportabläufen. Sie behalten die Transporte stets im Überblick und gewährleisten einen störungsfreien und pünktlichen Transport.

**Was Sie dazu mitbringen**:

- Platzierung und Kontrolle von Buchungen für die Luftfracht-Transporte
- Planung nach optimaler Auslastung der verfügbaren Transport-Kapazitäten (u.a Optimierung des Transportprozesses)
- lückenlose Transport-Dokumentation und Monitoring der laufenden Transporte
- tägliche Abstimmung mit unseren Kunden und Partnern und internen Abteilungen
- systembasierte Tätigkeiten (u.a. Erstellen von Transportdokumenten, Eingabe und Kontrolle von Daten im Transportmanagementsystem, Pflegen von Datenbanken)
- Idealerweise abgeschlossene logistische Berufsausbildung oder abgeschlossenes Studium (Logistik Schwerpunkt o.ä.)
- mind. 3 Jahre** Berufserfahrung im Bereich Logistik**:

- **sehr gute Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse **für die tägliche Kommunikation mit globalen Partnern
- **Prozessverständnis** im Bereich Supply Chain Management
- **eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise**:

- **System-Affinität** für die gängigen u.a. für die gängigen MS-Office-Programme (CargoWise Kenntnisse von Vorteil)
