Business Process Manager

As a Business Process Manager, you will be responsible for the implementation and further development of global service processes within the Anton Paar Group. In this key role, you will optimize business processes and ensure an efficient, modern service concept. We look forward to strengthening our team with your expertise in technical service

**Responsibilities**:

- Analysis, optimization, and management of global service processes
- Ensuring lean, efficient, and market-oriented business processes
- Development of a standardized and structured process landscape for global service and the Anton Paar process landscape
- Planning and execution of process audits
- Close collaboration with the specialist department and interface to other business processes as well as IT services for the service sector
- Definition of training concepts for service processes

**Requirements**:

- Completed technical or scientific degree or equivalent education
- Several years of experience in technical service and field service (preferably in an international environment)
- Knowledge of process management is desirable
- Experience with common CRM systems (SAP knowledge is an advantage)
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Solution-oriented, independent, and structured working style
- Strong analytical thinking and assertiveness
- Willingness to travel
