Wie Ihre Aufgaben bei uns aussehen

Im Rahmen Ihres Praktikums unterstützen Sie tatkräftig das HR-Team insbesondere in folgenden Bereichen:

- Unterstützung im Personalmarketing & Recruiting
- Eventorganisation
- Betreuung und kreative Weiterentwicklung unserer Social Media Accounts
- Mitarbeit im gesamten Employee Lifecycle und Übernahme von Verantwortung für kleinere eigene Betreuungsbereiche
- Mitarbeit an spannenden HR-Projekten
- Recherchen und Analysen zu aktuellen Personalthemen und Trends

Was Sie mitbringen sollten
- Sie brennen für HR Themen und möchten einen umfassenden Einblick in vielfältige HR Themen erhalten
- Sie sind mindestens im 4. Semester Ihres HR-, Wirtschaftswissenschaften-, Psychologie
- oder anderen relevanten Studiums
- Idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Personalbereich durch Praktika
- Sie sind Social Media affin bzw. bringen im Optimalfall sogar Vorerfahrung im Social Media Management mit
- Sie beherrschen den Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office Programmen, vor allem mit PowerPoint
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Verschwiegenheit sowie Sorgfalt und Selbstständigkeit sind für Sie selbstverständlich - außerdem arbeiten Sie gerne im Team und sind kreativ
- Was wir Ihnen bieten
- Sie erwartet ein Praktikum mit abwechslungsreichen und herausfordernden Aufgaben, bei dem Sie die gesamte Bandbreite der HR-Arbeit kennenlernen.
- Hinweis gem - 9 GlBG: Als Mindestgrundlage für die Vereinbarung des Entgelts (mit der Möglichkeit der Überzahlung) ist ein Brutto-Monatsgehalt in der Höhe von EUR 1.700;
