Are you looking for a role that puts you at the center of Borealis' growth journey? Do you excel in building relationships as well as processes? Then you should look into our current vacancy in our Joint Venture & Growth team.

In this role you will establish and maintain best practices to foster joint venture excellence throughout the entire joint venture life cycle. You will collaborate with a truly global team, interact with stakeholders from our existing joint ventures, Borouge and Baystar, and participate even in early stages and development of new joint ventures.

**Your main tasks will include**:

- Be the focal point for joint venture excellence. Develop, own and share best practices in JV initiation, development, optimisation, governance and exit. Capture synergies between joint ventures and Borealis group.
- Develop and manage overarching planning and reporting for short and long term performance metrics to measure JVs across Borealis. Coordinate information sharing with key stakeholders across the Borealis group.
- Provide Borealis' requirements and expectations for strategic and annual business planning to joint ventures and ensure incorporation into Borealis group strategic planning and business planning processes.
- Identify and capture synergies through concrete measures amongst Borealis' JVs
- Act as service function to Borealis' regional Alliance Offices on issues related to JV excellence and as entry point for handling support requests and inquiries from JVs.
- Drive external review of JV practices within Borealis and develop improvement plans.

**About you**:
You have a Master's degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Business or Law and were able to gain substantial practical experience in an intercultural work environment and / or the petrochemical industry. Ideally, you already have a proven track record in dealing within joint venture set-ups or handling owner topics. You are used to English as your business language and are able to efficiently communicate to a broad range of stakeholders especially on senior management levels. Thanks to your skills in financial forecasting & planning, performance analysis & controlling and risk assessment, you provide the insights needed to take strategic decisions.

**About Borealis and our offer**:
We offer a competitive compensation based on the collective labour agreement, reflecting your competencies and experience, starting at EUR 84.000 annual gross salary and are willing to pay more based on your experience and background. In addition, we offer a yearly bonus and a voluntary company pension plan.
