**Über die Rolle**:
In dieser Position sind Sie Supervisor eines verantwortungsvollen Teams das die Herstellung von lebensrettenden Produkten sichert. Der Prozess erstreckt sich von der Vorbereitung der Rohstoffe, der Formulierung der Produkte bis hin zur Weiterleitung an die pharmazeutische Verfüllung, sowie Durchführung des physikalischen Monitorings und sämtlichen Support-Tätigkeiten. Dabei erhalten Sie einen ausgezeichneten Einblick in die verschiedensten Prozesse in der pharmazeutischen und biotechnologischen Produktion.

**Das bewirken Sie**:

- Sicherstellung und Überwachung einer termingerechten Produktion unter Einhaltung der aktuell gültigen GMP/GDP Richtlinien
- Aufrechterhaltung eines validen und ordnungsgemäß gepflegten Zustandes der erforderlichen Anlagen im Zuständigkeitsbereich
- Kommunikation mit internen und externen Kunden
- Setzung von Sofortmaßnahmen bei Abweichungen, Unterstützung bei der Untersuchung von Abweichungen und Umsetzung von definierten Maßnahmen
- Unterstützung der Document Owner bei der Erstellung und Revision von Dokumenten, sowie bei der Initiierung von Change Controls und Abweichungen
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Arbeitsprozessen und Umsetzung von Initiativen
- Genehmigung von Dokumenten (SOPs, Formulare, Batch Records, Validierungen, Rezepte etc.) des Zuständigkeitsbereiches und Freigabegenehmigung/ Abschluss von Batches.
- Arbeitszeiten: Mo-Fr Gleitzeit

**Dafür bringen Sie mit**:

- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung (HBLVA f. chem. Industrie Rosensteingasse, Handelsakademie oder vergleichbare Schulen oder Abgeschlossene Lehre in pharmazeutisch-kaufmännische Assistenz, Chemielabortechnik oder vergleichbare Lehre)
- Selbstständige, hygienische und genaue Arbeitsweise
- Verständnis für GDP- und GMP-gerechte Produktion
- Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
- Technisches Verständnis, Zahlenaffinität, hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Einsatzbereitschaft
- Teamgeist, Flexibilität
- Koordinative Fähigkeit
- Einsatzfreude, Empathie
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntisse (in Wort und Schrift)

Für diese wichtige und verantwortungsvolle Position beträgt das Mindestgehalt € 4.157,14 brutto/Monat (Vollzeit, KV chem. Industrie). Das tatsächliche Gehaltspaket richtet sich nach Ihrer Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation.
