Wir suchen zum ehestmöglichen Eintritt einen Teamlead Quality in Operation/Release.

Ihre Aufgaben

Führung von Direct Reports

Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der etablierten Qualitäts
- und GMP Systeme im Bereich (kontrollierte Ausgabe von Dokumenten, Batch Record Review von Medizinprodukten/Arzneimitteln, PQR etc.)

Hauptverantwortlich für die Themen Batch Record Review, kontrollierte Ausgabe von Dokumenten, Ausgabe von Logbüchern, vorbereitende Tätigkeiten für Chargenfreigabe von Medizinprodukten, Kosmetika und Arzneimitteln, Kontakt mit Lohnherstellern und Kunden im Zuge der Freigabe von Produkten, Koordination von PQR

Hauptverantwortlich für die Einhaltung der Kennzahlen im Bereich

Support und tw. Leitung von Projekten im Freigabeumfeld

Vertreter bei Audits zu freigaberelevanten Fragestellungen

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossene naturwissenschaftliche Ausbildung oder QM Ausbildung (FH, Universität), alternativ einschlägige HTL Ausbildung

Mind. 3-jährige Erfahrung im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement eines Pharma
- oder Medizinproduktebetriebs, idealerweise Erfahrung mit freigebenden oder Freigabe vorbereitenden Tätigkeiten und/oder Batch Record Review

Auditerfahrung (Kundenaudits, Behördenaudits, FDA, Notified Body)

Führungserfahrung von Vorteil

Kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit Hands On-Mentalität

Strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise

Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Für diese Position gilt ein Gehalt ab EUR 49.804,58 (KV Chemische Industrie, 38h) ) brutto p. a., Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung ist vorhanden und richtet sich nach der konkreten Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
