Deine zukünftige Rolle

Du führst und entwickelst ein engagiertes und motiviertes Team und bist maßgeblich beteiligt an der Bereitstellung unserer qualitativ hochwertigen Produkte für unsere Kunden.

Dein Team und Du sind hauptverantwortlich für die Themen Batch Record Review, Chargenfreigabe von Medizinprodukten und Handelswaren sowie Überprüfung, Genehmigung und die kontrollierte Ausgabe von Dokumenten. Du agierst als primärer Kontakt mit unseren Kunden im Zuge der Freigabe von Produkten.

In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Deinen Schnittstellen lebst Du effiziente Prozesse und bei der Evaluierung und Umsetzungen von Änderungen lieferst Du kompetenten Input.

Du erstellst Kennzahlen für Deinen Bereich zur Überwachung und Steuerung unserer Aktivitäten.

Im Rahmen von Audits und Inspektionen stehst Du als Experte für alle Prozesse zur Verfügung, die in Deiner Verantwortung liegen.

Das bringst du mit

Eine abgeschlossene naturwissenschaftliche Ausbildung oder QM-Ausbildung (z. B. FH, Universität), alternativ eine einschlägige HTL-Ausbildung.

Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement eines Pharma
- oder Medizinproduktebetriebs. Idealerweise hast du bereits mit Batch Record Reviews und/oder Produktfreigaben gearbeitet.

Erfahrung mit Audits (Kundenaudits, Behördenaudits, FDA, Notified Body).

Du bist kommunikationsstark und packst gerne selbst mit an.

Du stellst Dich gerne neuen Herausforderungen und eine strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen Dich aus.

Damit begeisterst du uns

Das erwartet dich bei uns

Kollektivvertrag Chemische Industrie, 38 St. Woche - das Mindestbruttogehalt laut KV beträgt für diese Position EUR 58.199,96. Das tatsächliche Gehalt richtet sich nach der konkreten Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
