**Vertical Market Manager Electronics SEE M/F/d**
**40 hours/week, Location: Vienna (Position Available Immediately)**
- Cluster responsibility to develop major key customers within the Vertical Market Electronics incl. annual planning for revenue, volumes, GP and DSO/AR in line with the agreed target budget
- Responsibility for growth throughout the cluster, including strategy mapping, account penetration, active customer relationship management and business improvement initiatives - this includes a strong understanding where specific capabilities need to be developed in order to meet customer expectations
- Interlink between the Cluster SEE and the EU/Global VM Electronics structures - Driver for winning new business across all modes with CA/RA for the Cluster SEE
- Identify and search for Cluster potentials and develop Cluster solutions across the single country services.
- Close engagement with the European CAM/RAM and VM Heads for attention and guidance into the Cluster - Attend customer meetings to promote cluster USPs
- Strategically partner with all relevant internal country organizations, divisions and business units to ensure aligned business development, consistent service and growth
- Build up a strong internal network with VMs, BUs, Global Tender Management and Pricing as well as other clusters.
- Present a strong Pipeline with Cluster Management on a monthly basis - rolling 12 months to prepare offerings and work on customer relationship at an early stage
- Drive Cluster countries for potential analysis for a targeted approach towards CA/RA Managers
- Drive Trends and deliver concepts together with all BUs (Air/Ocean/CL/Land) and create innovative and profitable solutions to complex and sensitive logistics issues with specialist departments within DB Schenker
- Market planning, business development and opportunity management for the Vertical Electronics in the cluster
- Developing, organizing and managing regulatory compliance and quality process controls, KPI and Performance Measurement, as well as Reporting Processes to meet internal and external industry requirements.
- Point of escalation to customer related service and quality issues of high importance- Strong leadership skills and strategic, visionary thinking
- Exceptional relationship management & communication skills
- Experience in managing large scale customers and projects
- Outstanding financial and process analytical skills
- University degree in International Business Administration or equal
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience
- Ability to lead a team in a matrix, cross functional organization
- Knowledge and understanding of international logistics operations across multiple modes
- Willingness to travel international and global inter-cultural thinking
- Fluent (written and spoken) in English, other languages are a plus
- Preferably good knowledge of DB Schenker and the logistics industry
