**Dein **Aufgabenbereich**:
Als Social Media ManagerIn bist du für alles rund um Meta und Tik Tok zuständig. Von der Konzeption, über Kundenschulungen, bis zur Umsetzung und Auswertung liegt dieser Bereich voll und ganz in deiner Hand. **Posting-Kreationen **erstellst du easy und bist so wortgewandt, dass du sie mit dem entsprechend pfifiigen Text und Hashtags ergänzt. Influencer-Scouting liegt dir. Du spürst die passenden Content Creator für usnere Kunden auf, erstellst ein Briefing für sie und schickst sie on Tour. All das hast du stets über Reports im Blick und optimierst die Preformance im Sinne unsere Kunden.

Du weißt, wie man **Themen richtig kommuniziert **und die **Community **aktiviert **. **Contentproduktionen **wie Foto
- und Videoshootings planst du und setzt diese gemeinsam mit einem Videografen um. Reels
- und Kurzvideos schneidest du auch gern mal selbst oder koordinierst den Schnitt mit einem Cutter.

Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich und übernimmst gerne eigene Projekte. Direkter Kontakt mit dem Kunden liegt dir, denn der ist wichtig für die Abstimmung sämtlicher Planungs
- und Umsetzungsmassnahmen.

Einstieg ab sofort möglich. Wochenstunden nach Vereinbarung zwischen: 36,5 und 40-Stunden.
