**Deine Mission bei uns**:

- In unserem Energy Bereich bist du unser:e Product Owner:in für Kundenabrechnungen, Netzrechnungen und Marktkommunikation (inkl. Wechselprozesse) für Deutschland und Österreich.
- Gemeinsam mit deinem Team stellst du sicher, dass unsere Kernprozesse fehlerfrei laufen - operativ und effizient.
- Dank deiner Marktkenntnisse und deines Know-hows hältst du unsere Systeme und Prozesse topaktuell und stellst sicher, dass alle regulatorischen Anforderungen erfüllt werden.
- Du entwickelst unsere Operations-Plattform weiter und bringst frische Ideen und Lösungen ein.
- Du arbeitest eng mit unserem IT-Team, um neue Anforderungen und Formatänderungen umzusetzen - hier bist du die Schnittstelle zwischen Technologie und Operations.

**What makes you a great fit**:

- 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Kundenabrechnung, Marktkommunikation, Wechselprozessen und/oder im **Customer Support eines Energieversorgers** in Deutschland oder Österreich.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der Marktkommunikation in der **Energieversorgung**, insbesondere Lieferantenwechselprozesse und regulatorische Anforderungen.
- Freude daran, direkt mit Endkund:innen zu arbeiten und ihre Bedürfnisse in den Mittelpunkt zu stellen.
- Ein** ausgeprägtes analytisches Verständnis** sowie eine starke Lösungs
- und Prozessorientierung.
- Begeisterung für Innovationen im Energiemarkt - ob dynamische Stromtarife oder Home Energy Management.
- Du bist ein:e Teamplayer:in, der/die gerne gemeinsam Erfolge feiert und Synergien im Team nutzt.

- Erfahrung in der Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung von Teams - idealerweise in einem komplexen, regulierten Umfeld.
