Billing Operations Manager

**Job Description** OVERVIEW**:
**THE CHALLENGE**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the billing department, including invoice generation, payment processing, and collections.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all billing activities, including reviewing invoices and resolving billing discrepancies.
- Develop and implement billing policies and procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Manage and mentor a team of Billing Clerks, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as finance, sales, and customer service, to resolve billing issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to billing operations.
- Analyze billing data and prepare reports for senior management, identifying trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of concern.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track departmental performance and ensure targets are met.
- Lead projects to enhance billing systems, implement new technologies, and improve overall billing processes.

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in billing operations, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of billing processes, financial systems, and accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Experience with ERP systems preferably MS Dynamics / other systems SAP, Oracle etc.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong decision-making and leadership abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to billing and collections (e.g., GAAP, SOX) is a plus.

The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to Collective Bargaining Agreement, overpayment will be considered depending on qualifications and working experience.
