**That’s on your menu**:

- Overall strategic overall responsibility for the areas Brand, Campaigns, Design, PR, Performance, Content and Partnerships
- Management, leadership and development of 19 employees from the local marketing department
- Implementation of a unified marketing strategy
- Responsibility for marketing campaigns that include both online and offline channels
- Budget, reporting and KPI responsibility for the individual sub-areas
- As part of the Austrian Management Team, you will be responsible for supporting the overall company strategy

**What you bring to the table**:

- 6+ years of professional experience in a marketing leadership role
- Experience working with operational issues, quantitative analysis and a strong technical affinity
- You already have experience with people management and building teams in a dynamic environment
- Hands-on mentality
- You have a degree in marketing/business administration/economics or a comparable course of study
- You are fluent in German and English
- You are an outgoing personality, have a great sense of responsibility, entrepreneurial thinking and excellent conceptual skills
