**Group Digital Growth Director (all genders)**:
As Group Director for Digital Growth, you will be responsible for central planning across six markets, driving and implementing a best-in-class growth marketing strategy for Addiko Bank with a mission to shape the digital lending space in Central South and Eastern Europe. Reporting directly into the Managing Director for Group Marketing and Corporate Communications, you will lead key initiatives for ambitious customer acquisition, conversion and retention as well as market expansions.

You are an entrepreneurial self-starter who is self-motivated, and a team player with professional presence, ready to step up in your professional career. As a data-driven individual, you will own a set of crucial business KPIs and have cutting edge tools and technology at your disposal, allowing to deliver a successful digital marketing strategy.

**Your responsibilities**:

- As Group Digital Growth Director, you identify growth opportunities and are responsible for creating a comprehensive digital marketing strategy from development to budgeting, and ultimately executing it to support key business objectives
- You develop multi-channel marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels, with the objective of enhancing branding and acquisition
- You manage the entire digital funnel for all customer segments, ensuring a seamless experience throughout their journey
- You take ownership of the marketing stack's performance, employing a data-driven approach to drive results
- You introduce new digital marketing channels and optimize existing ones to maximize effectiveness
- The management of agencies' deliverables, ensuring they align with project briefs, are delivered on time, and within budget falls under your governance
- You play a key role in guiding both the team and the organization to establish industry-leading digital marketing practices, while also leading and nurturing the growth of the digital marketing team, expanding their expertise across six markets
- You scale the multi-channel content strategy and accelerate the website's SEO performance and all other customer journeys, with the goal of improving engagement and conversion
- You generate regular market and customer insights to inform marketing, brand, and product strategies.

**Your profile**:

- You have extensive experience in funnel management and possess advanced conversion optimization skills (5 - 7 years)
- You master digital marketing expertise including PPC, SEO, Social, Content Marketing and you know how to handle Digital Analytics and Marketing-Tools (e.g., GA4)
- Good experience with CRM and marketing automation with track-record of delivering multi-channel campaigns
- You are able to manage and nurture a growing team as well as marketing agencies and demonstrate strong leadership skills, together with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
- With very structural and analytical background, you utilize qualitative and quantitative insights to bolster growth and enhance performance
- Your strong communication skills enable you to effectively convey customer insights to team members and facilitate a data
- and hypothesis-driven decision-making process
- Experience supporting digital-first business or within financial services industry is a plus
