You are a tech-savvy and data-driven person with a firm understanding of data tracking and analysis, and you possess the ability to translate data into actionable insights. You are a problem solver who enjoys diving into data, is excited about testing and learning from results, and has a passion for translating insights into high-growth strategies. You are comfortable working with tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and VWO.

**Requirements**:

- Conduct in-depth analysis of website performance, user behavior, and conversion funnels using tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar.
- Define and implement A/B tests to identify the most effective strategies and website elements that contribute to higher conversion rates.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on conversion analysis, test results, and strategy recommendations to clients and internal teams.
- Implement, manage, and maintain client
- and server-side tracking tags and triggers using Google Tag Manager across multiple websites.
- Manage and troubleshoot issues related to tag deployment and firing rules, including conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with the latest best practices.
- Collaborate with web development and performance marketing teams to ensure that all necessary tracking codes are correctly implemented and functioning as expected.
- Educate and train team members on best practices for tag management and data collection strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools and methodologies.
- Ability to analyze complex data from various sources and present actionable insights.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager, data layer design and management.
- Good understanding of advertising platforms.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Excellent English language skills. German language skills are a plus.
