Our mission is to make startup investments accessible to everyone.

Through our venture capital investment platform, we provide startups easy access to smart capital, and investors diligently screened startup investments.

Now we are looking for a smart and ambitious new team member that burns for our vision and is eager to get there together\*\*.\*\*

Since Markus founded primeCROWD in 2016, members of our network have invested more than €21m in over 36 exciting companies. You'll work with an international peer group that combines years of experience in venture capital, startup and product management, marketing, and PR.

Tasks

Your mission will be to...

Support our Head of Marketing in developing and executing our communication strategy to bring the opportunity that startup investments present to many more future investors.

You'll be able to work together with our growing portfolio of exciting startups to spread the word about how they change the industries that they are in.

Furthermore, you'll have the opportunity to talk to thousands of investors about their motivation behind venturing into the startup world and how they make a change to the innovation landscape.

Another opportunity that you'll get is to work with the members of our female investor's network, thereby accelerating our goal to create a more diverse startup and venture capital ecosystem.

Some ways of how you will do that...
- Update and manage our content plan, including coming up with new content ideas utilizing data from Google's Search Console, Analytics, etc.
- Creating/reviewing social posts for our LinkedIn Profile
- Manage and create compelling content yourself for our blog
- Explore and execute new ways to produce content, eg videos, events, webinars, whitepapers, etc.

**Requirements**:
You should bring...
- Experience with (and enjoy) the creative side of marketing (content production and design)
- Basic understanding of SEO research and ranking tools, such as Google Search Console, Unamo etc.
- Basic understanding of WordPress Websites and blogs
- Affinity for Social Media, with the focus on organic posting
- The ability to understand and read data
- A talent to grasp complicated topics and transform them into easily digestible and exciting content
- the ability to fluently communicate in German and English

Our process

**You'll walk through 3 stages**:
**1. Get to know each other**: We use this to pitch primeCROWD and get you excited to join. We'll also use this chance to see whether both our expectations align.
**2. Get to know your skills/your strategy to learn the rest**: This is an internship so we're fully aware that you're not a full-blown online marketer, but we do expect a little foundation on which you build upon. What we're more curious about is how you approach unknown unknowns
**3. Final conversation**: We're going to chat more about the position, what you value, what you took away from the interviews so far, and whatever is on your mind.

**We are mindful of your time**: Going through all stages can be done within two weeks.
Once you've passed them all we will extend a formal offer pending references.
