**Marketing Associate (f/m/d)**

to support our Marketing activities mainly in preparing the ground for the future launch of new generation of reduced-risk products on the Austrian market.

Your key accountability will be to perform research, prepare and conduct agency briefings, make sure our brands guidelines, company and market standards & policies are followed.

**What will you do?**
**You will**
- Monitor market and reduced-risk product segment trends locally and globally as well as collect information from other JTI markets. This process may include physical presence to other countries.
- Be able to run research and/or analyze available research from different sources (local and global) to understand the reduced-risk products consumers and identify opportunities.
- Evaluate, analyze, and propose alternative consumer and trade promotion schemes, including digital media strategy. Identify partners who can support its implementation.
- Be able to work closely with other teams in order to develop alternative market scenarios.
- Participate in other ad-hoc marketing projects, e.g. assisting in identifying and initially planning possible brand strategies and program: portfolio, brand integrity and consistency, consumer & trade programs.

**Who are we looking for?**
**Ideally you have**
- High education with marketing degree desirable
- First experiences in Brand or Trade Marketing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (German will be an advantage for communicating with colleagues, but is not a must)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (esp. PowerPoint & Excel)
- Knowledge of digital media strategies
- Very good analytical skills
- Self-disciplined, organized, efficient project management skills
- Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills

- Are energetic and passionate, with a lot of curiosity to learn and explore new areas of marketing
- Have the positive, hands-on attitude and the passion to look beyond the horizon

**Our offer**
We offer you attractive working conditions in an international company with modern equipment in a good location in Vienna. In addition to extensive social benefits, a total annual gross salary of at least € 46.000 is provided for this position if the requirements are met. Depending on qualification and previous experience, the willingness to overpay is given.
