To enhance our successful **Talent Acquisition Team **at our **Headquarters in Leoben (Austria)** we are seeking to fill the newly created position with a passionate person:
**Recruiter (f/m/d)**

As the Recruiter, you will be responsible for establishing relationships with with Universities in order to engage with talented graduates and actively finding, attracting and hiring University graduates into all parts of AT&S. As such, we are looking for a professional with a passion for recruitment, an open mindset and a desire to drive forward results.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Participate in full-cycle University/Graduate recruitment planning and execution
- Support coordination of University and recruiting events, such as registration, online platform, resume gathering, etc.
- Develop and implement an effective University/Campus/Schools Engagement Strategy

**Your Profile**
- University or Higher College Degree
- Early Talent Acquisition experience (e.g., Graduate Recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role
- Good working proficiency in computer skills and MS Office
- General understanding of HR concepts, employment laws, and payroll
- Intercultural awareness and experience collaborating with other cultures
- Excellent good computer literacy including Social Media and Online Career Platforms
- Full written and oral English and German proficiency

Our salary packages are competitive and take individual qualifications and experience into consideration. In accordance with the Austrian collective labour agreement, we advise you that the minimum gross annual salary for this role is 55.000;
