**We are looking for **an**

**E-COMMERCE CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENT** (M/W/D)**

**to strengthen our e-commerce team at our headquarters in Kundl.**

**YOUR TASKS**
- Order/returns as well as credit note processing in our systems
- Telephone support on e-commerce related customer inquiries
- Support with individual quoting
- Reconciliation of payments with accounting
- Processing and following up on various payment as well as shipping disputes
- Support of our external market plans
- Review management on external portals
- Support in the maintenance of our product as well as website content
- Coordination with our dropshipping partners as well as processing of corresponding orders
- and much more

**What YOU BRING**
- Completed training as an e-commerce or Büro merchant or otherwise in the fields of IT, business or technology and/or first professional experience in the e-commerce field
- Very good English skills, other languages an advantage
- Accuracy, motivation as well as flexibility
- Excitement for trends in consumer electronics and e-commerce
- Ideally professional experience in an e-commerce environment
