Mit einem hohen Exportanteil agiert das Unternehmen weltweit mit Vertriebsmitarbeiter*innen sowie mit zahlreichen Handels
- bzw. Distributionspartner*innen. Für eine erfolgreiche Division wird nun eine engagierte und verlässliche Führungskraft gesucht.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Verantwortung sowie strategische und nachhaltige Weiterentwicklung der Division in 26 Ländern
- Proaktive Erschließung neuer Potenziale in verschiedenen Vertriebskanälen / stationärer Handel, e-retail und D2C
- Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Teams CEE
- Aktive Rolle im internationalen Vertriebsteam und Headquarter
- Operative Key Account Betreuung und Koordination bei ausgewählten TOP-Kund*innen

**Ihre Qualifikationen**:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in internationaler Sales Funktion eines Markenartikelunternehmens, idealerweise in der Home Improvement Industry
- Strukturierte, engagierte und pragmatische Arbeitsweise mit hoher Team
- und Kundenorientierung
- Positives Menschenbild mit Wertschätzung, Empathie und kultureller Toleranz
- Werte und Ziele der Firma als Vorbild verkörpern mit Bescheidenheit und Kritikfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse; eine CEE-Sprache on-top ist von Vorteil
- Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Europas
