Marketing Manager at Future Health Lab

**Description**

As a Marketing Manager you will lead our efforts in positioning the Future Health Lab in the Austrian health and innovation ecosystem. You will closely work with the leadership of Future Health Lab and a diverse group of clients.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Developing and executing marketing strategies for the Future Health Lab
- Positioning the new offering of Future Health Lab
- Creating and launching marketing campaigns for the Future Health Lab
- Propose and oversee the execution of creative campaigns and make the best use of various marketing tools
- Shaping the tone of voice and appearance of the Future Health Lab
- Manage development, production, and distribution of promotional and collateral materials
- Copywriting, proofreading and where needed translating
- Advising and supporting in communications topics (e.g. strategy, positioning)
- Setting up and managing external communication channels (esp. Website, newsletter, later social media)
- Finding synergies and working closely with Marketing Managers of Impact Hub Vienna and Climate Lab
- Attending regular team meetings and participate in relevant strategy workshops

**What you bring**
- At least 2-3 years of proven work experience in marketing and communications
- A good understanding of current marketing and social media trends
- Ideally a Bachelor degree in communication, digital marketing or related fields
- Strong communication and project management skills with the ability to keep track of ongoing projects and manage several marketing campaigns simultaneously
- Enjoy designing visual content (e.g using Canva, Photoshop or similar) and experience working with digital marketing tools
- Excellent English and German skills in both writing and speaking
- Entrepreneurial drive and willingness to work independently but also enjoying team work
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver them on time and on budget.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, marketing automation software and content management systems. (ad advantage
- Excellent English skills in both writing and speaking, proficiency in German preferred

**Job specifications**
- Role: 20h/week with flexible schedule
- Start date: 1st or 15th of July 2023
- Compensation: The yearly salary for full-time position is at least € 26.600 gross, depending on professional experience. Depending on your education, qualifications and work experience, further overpayment is possible.
