Zur Verstärkung unseres motivierten Group Safety & Quality Management Teams in unserem Headquarter in Wien suchen wir eine/n leidenschaftliche/n **Occupational Safety and Health Specialist **(m/w/d).
**Ihre Rolle**:
- Als Sicherheitsfachkraft und Brandschutzbeauftrager sind Sie für die Arbeitssicherheit in unserem Headquarter zuständig und unterstützen bei der Ausarbeitung/Implementierung konzernweiter OSH Standards
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Erstellung der Arbeitsplatzevaluierung mit unserer Betriebsärztin und Durchführung von sicherheitstechnischen Begehungen in unserem Headquarter
- Sie kümmern sich sorgfältig um die Abwicklung von technischen Projekten zur Verbesserung des Brandschutzes
- Sie erarbeiten Verbesserungsmaßnahmen zur Reduktion von Unfällen und Verbesserung der Arbeitssicherheit sowie des Brandschutzes und setzen diese um
- Die Durchführung von Mitarbeiterschulungen und Unterweisungen liegt in ihren Händen
- Sie erstellen regelmäßig Berichte und Analysen, um den aktuellen Stand der Arbeitssicherheit zu dokumentieren und Verbesserungspotenziale zu identifizieren
- Sie fungieren als Ansprechpartner/in für Behörden und stellen sicher, dass alle relevanten Vorschriften eingehalten werden
**Ihr Profil**:
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Sicherheitsfachkraft gemäß SFK-VO und als Branschutzbeauftragte/r
- Sie bringen eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Sicherheitsfachkraft und Branschutzbeauftragte/r mit
- Sie sind vertraut mit relevanten Gesetzen im Bereich der Arbeitssicherheit und Brandschutz
- Sie sind strukturiert, lösungorientiert, kommunikationsstark und arbeiten gerne im Team
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C-Level), Englischkenntnisse (B2) wären von Vorteil
**Unser Angebot**:

Für diese Position starten wir mit einer Zielvergütung ab € 60.000;
- brutto all in auf Vollzeitbasis, eine Überzahlung nach individuellem Profil und Berufserfahrung ist selbstverständlich sowie eine Erfolgsprämie.
