- Prepare & excecute cross devision Product STO meetings.
- Creation, steering and execution of short-term production plan on daily basis (incl. alignment E2E planning, disposition and quality control, sales, supply & logistic, origination and maintenance).
- Short-term stock management (week - month +1) & Economical evaluation of short-term refinery operation.
- Coordinate and steer equity versus 3rd party supply in OMV West horizon based on integrated economic optimum.
- Identify and execute market opportunities to increase integrated F&F result (quotation spreads, product crack developments, market product shortages).
- Mitigate short-term disruptions in OMV Downstream value chain by close cooperation with all in STO represented departments.
- Analyse economics of spot purchases and spot sales initiated by STO decisions.
- Steer additional Spot volumes by setting minimum netback requirments accoring to OMV stock availability and market situations.
- Contribute to shutdown planning and management of stock situation during shutdonws for Schwechat & Burghausen.
- Create management reports, including deviation analyis & proposal for mitigation.

**Your profile**
- University degree Master/Diplom in economics, engineering, or similar fields with 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in Downstream value chain and economics of refining oil markets.
- Ability to work in a fast-changing environment.
- Knowledge about optimization models, tools, and calculations of advantage.
- Strong analytical skills & strategic approach.
- Operational management and high communication skills.
