- You represent the Business Unit Industrial Sales & Marketing (ISM) in the daily Short Term Optimization Meeting.
- You carry out the profit maximization of STO sales opportunities by coordinating STO-related sales topics with relevant counterparts within ISM and other Business Units.
- Delivering inputs like business insights and comments to the Integrated Planning Department for the monthly Stakeholder Input Meeting is an essential part of this role.
- You steer spot sales volumes by deciding on the level of daily spot prices for AT and DE for all products by analyzing quotation movements, sales data and the market's supply and demand situation.
- Monitoring the daily development of spot sales, comparing it to the monthly quota, and adjusting contingents if necessary is also part of your responsibilities.
- You steer the pricing for tenders and term offer requests for all customer segments in AT, DE and SI while also managing and deciding on OMV fix price offers for both term and spot to further optimize ISM margin.
- Acting as the internal first encounter for Sales for pricing and volume topics, you propose and implement solutions to further increase customer satisfaction.
- You decide on requested product switches or volume increases for all products during the month after carefully checking contractual options and obligations as well as profitability.

**Your profile**
- You have a master's degree in Business Administration, Economics or a Technical Field.
- You have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in a Pricing related job within commodity markets.
- You possess a trader's mindset, are an analytical thinker, and have strong commercial acumen
- You are a strong team worker, have excellent communication skills and are able to take fast decisions and work under pressure in a dynamic market.
- You have good understanding of Excel, Power BI and SAP.
- You are fluent in both German and English.
