**HR Manager (m/w/d)**:
**Job descrition**:

- Advising and supporting the management on all HR-related issues as well as all managers and employees of Festo Gesellschaft m.b.H. Vienna
- Contact person for the works council in all issues relevant to co-determination
- Responsible for the preparation, coordination, control and timely and high-quality implementation of all global/local HR processes and measures in the annual leadership cycle
- In future, responsible for managing the payroll service provider and relevant processes and tasks related to payroll administration
- Responsible for the definition, implementation and facilitation of local HR processes in daily practice as well as internal or external audits
- Participation in the development of the Human Resources strategy for the DACH organization and derivation of BSC-relevant HR measures
- Assuming responsibility for individual BSC HR measures within the DACH organization
- Participation in and project management for various HR projects in DACH

**Requirements**:

- Completed business studies with a focus on HR management or comparable qualification
- Several years of relevant experience as HR Business Partner (ideally in a technically oriented sales organization) as well as in cooperation with works council committees is required
- Proven recruiting experience desired incl. in-depth know-how in aptitude diagnostics
- Relevant knowledge and experience in the field of labor law, collective agreements, tax and social security law is required
- Good analytical skills for the evaluation of personnel, legal and business management issues
- Strong customer orientation, entrepreneurial thinking and acting, moderation skills, very good communication skills and ability to resolve conflicts
- Very good knowledge of German and English (B2 or higher)
- Good knowledge of relevant HRIT tools, preferably SuccessFactors and SAGE
