**Job Description**:
As the HR Manager, your role will be absolutely critical in managing the people operations of our main Airline production unit nestled in Vienna's picturesque 11th district. You'll become an indispensable partner to department heads and managers within the unit, providing them with strategic HR guidance to empower their teams and help them achieve their goals. In this pivotal position, you'll not only be an integral part of our Austrian HR team but also play a significant role in managing our Union relationships.

**Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities**:

- You'll be the mastermind behind a seamless employee onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring every transition—from initial contact to exit interviews—is smooth and hassle-free.
- Equipping our talented employees with the tools and resources they need to shine in their roles will be your mission.
- As a champion of professional growth, you'll oversee further education and training initiatives, giving our team the opportunity to flourish.
- Coaching and supporting our HR staff, helping them unlock their full potential, will be a rewarding part of your journey.
- You'll be the go-to person for all employee concerns and needs, creating an environment where everyone can thrive.
- Collaborating with department heads and site management to meet operational needs will be your daily challenge.
- Implementing effective workforce planning structures, including flexible working time models and succession planning, will be a key focus.
- Managing and executing various operational projects across our locations will keep things exciting.

**Qualifications**:

- You've gathered several years of valuable experience in HR, either within the gastronomy, hotel industry, production, or a related field, or perhaps in an operational department with a lot of employee interaction.
- Stress and pressure don't faze you—you're a natural problem solver with a knack for setting priorities.
- You've successfully implemented a range of HR projects, from recruitment and HR controlling to learning and development, and process management.
- Your understanding of Austrian labor law is top-notch, and you're skilled in payroll accounting.
- You're a proactive, service-oriented individual who thrives on teamwork.
- Your approach to work is solution-oriented and highly organized, and you bring a strong "hands-on" mentality to the table.
- Fluent proficiency in both written and spoken German and English is the icing on the cake.
