Gemeinsam mit unserem Marketing-Team unterstützt du die Entwicklung, Konzeption und Umsetzung verschiedener Marketing-Materialien zur Bewerbung unserer Brand

Tasks

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du unterstützt das Creative Team an verschiedenen Stellen bei der Gestaltung und Umsetzung von Marketing-Materialien
- Der Fokus liegt vor allem auf Post-Production (Schnitt) von Videos (Video-Ads, Instagram Reels, YouTube), sowie Erstellung von Content für unsere Online-Kanäle
- Du unterstützt das Team bei der Produktion von Smartphone-Videos und hast ggf. keine Scheu auch mal selbst vor der Kamera zu stehen
- Du setzt Briefings und Brainstormings in konkrete Creatives für Social Media & Online-Marketing um und wirst bestehende Inhalte adaptieren und optimieren
- Du bleibst ständig über die neuesten Trends in der Content-Produktion auf dem Laufenden
- Du kümmerst dich um die interne Dokumentation, Organisation und Archivierung aller Marketing-Materialien auf unserer Cloud
- Du unterstützt uns in der Konzeption/ Gestaltung von Newslettern und ggf. bei der Gestaltung von Printmedien, wie Flyer und Broschüren

**Requirements**:

- Du hast Erfahrung mit Yoga/ praktizierst selbst und hast ein gutes Gespür für Design
- Du studierst im Bereich Multimedia, visuelle Kommunikation, Grafikdesign etc. bzw. machst eine Ausbildung als Mediengestalter: in für Digital
- und Printmedien bzw. hast diese/s erfolgreich abgeschlossen oder verfügst über eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Eventuell hast du bereits etwas Berufserfahrung gesammelt
- Erfahrung im Bereich Videoschnitt und mit gängigen Videoschnitt-Programmen (Adobe Premiere, Davinci) sind unbedingt notwendig
- Du traust dir zu, schönen, ansprechenden Content mit dem Smartphone zu filmen
- Idealerweise hast du Erfahrung mit Canva bzw. sogar Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator und Photoshop)
- Du möchtest deine kreative Ader auch beruflich einbringen und damit zum Erfolg von Lotuscrafts beitragen
- Du arbeitest selbständig, sicher und verantwortungsbewusst, gleichzeitig ist dir eine gute und vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit im Team genauso wichtig wie uns

Für die ausgeschriebene Position ist ein monatliches Bruttogehalt ab EUR 2.500€ auf Vollzeitbasis vorgesehen mit marktkonformer Überzahlung abhängig von deinen Erfahrungen & Qualifikationen.
