Sales Order Coordinator

**Responsibilities**

In this role, you will support our Supply Chain Management Team with various sales-order related tasks:

- Processing sales orders within the Valneva ERP system efficiently and accurately for intercompany/commercial products
- Scheduling the sales orders according to the given due dates
- Making outgoing calls/meetings to Valneva entities to resolve any issues or for clarification of information relating to their orders
- Ensure that the master data relating to sales order creation is updated with customer information, including address changes, pricing, tax codes
- Ensure that all transactions are SOX-compliant
- Inventory/sales reconciliation with 3PLs (according to internal control proceedings)

**Requirements**:

- High School Degree with administrative/financial background (commercial apprenticeship, HAK/HAK-Kolleg,...)
- Previous experience (1-3 years) with administrative duties in a customer service environment
- Commercial handling of sales orders
- Profound and advanced MS office skills (Outlook, PowerPoint and MS office), AX2012 as a nice-to-have
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Business fluent in English and German (French is a plus)
- Communicative, loyal and hands-on personality

- Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 35.000;
