**Key Account Manager - ASTORE (A Procurement Service Powered By Accor)**

Our ASTORE-team is looking for a strong Key Account Manager for Austria. Accor Purchasing Solutions acts as service provider and -partner to Accor hotels and -brands across the region. Becoming part of a multicultural team spread across Northern Europe, your job will be to grow the sales of Accor Hotels with Astore - the Procurement service powered by Accor. As a Key Account Manager (M/F/d) you will fully own the commercial relationship, including relationships with owners, top management and Hotel GMs.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- You represent the Accor Procurement-team (Astore), as service provider and -partner to the hotels in the region and are their first point-of-contact
- In this role, you act as strong partner to our hotels in Austria (and DACH) throughout the entire operating lifecycle of our hotels, from construction and development to successful integration within one of Accor brands
- Organize the Road map of the Onboarding by prioritizing the different topics
- You focus on building and growing business generated through contracts between Accor Procurement and the hotels and develop the strategy for existing customers in order to grow their capture rate
- In this context, you ensure communication and understanding of added-value generated by Accor Procurement, leveraging economies of scale, particularly for tenders, negotiations, via rebates, price competitiveness and quality of services/products.
- You own the commercial relationship, focusing particularly on key stakeholders such as top management within hotels and partners, hotel owners, asset managers and hotel GMs, as well as operations
- You act as internal consultant to the Procurement-team, analyzing purchasing behavior, providing insights and consulting the department on potential improvements and optimization potential
- You ensure digital onboarding of the Customer depending on the tools the country is using

**Your Profile**:

- You have at least 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in hotel operations (e.g. as GM / Assistant GM or F&B Manager), or in procurement or sales
- Ideally, you have first experience within hospitality and / or e-commerce
- Entrepreneurial thinking is one of your core strengths
- You like working in a corporate environment, with a matrix organisation
- You have an analytical and strategical mind-set
- You have strong influencing
- and stakeholder management skills
- Your possess strong communication skills and customer orientation
- You are fluent in German and English (French or Dutch will be seen as advantage)
- You have a master degree or an equivalent qualification
