Du bringst praktische Erfahrung mit P2P-Systemen innerhalb von SAP ERP-MM mit und hast eine Erfolgsbilanz in der Prozessoptimierung mit dem Ziel kontinuierlicher Verbesserung.

In dieser Rolle wirst du als Partner für unsere verschiedenen Teams im Einkauf fungieren und auch dafür verantwortlich sein, dass unsere Systeme im Zusammenhang mit Purchase-to-Pay optimal genutzt werden.

- und Prozesskenntnissen**

Mit deinem Wissen über den operativen Einkauf und deinem Know-how in Systemen und Prozessen bist du bestens gerüstet, um dein Hauptziel zu erreichen - die Optimierung unserer Beschaffungsprozesse über die verschiedenen Einkaufsteams hinweg und die Verbesserung von Systemen, Daten und Berichten.

In dieser Position erhältst du Einblick in unsere operativen Prozesse und teambezogenen Variationen und verstehst die Wechselwirkungen mit benachbarten Funktionen.

**Wissenstransfer und Schulung**

Du bietest Schulungen, Einarbeitung und Prozessdokumentation für unsere Einkaufskollegen und Lieferanten an, um einen reibungslosen Systembetrieb und die Einhaltung definierter Prozesse und Richtlinien sicherzustellen.

Deine Rolle umfasst auch die Gewährleistung der korrekten Nutzung implementierter Systeme, insbesondere neuer Systeme, durch Schließen von Wissenslücken und proaktives Management des Wandels.

Du aktualisierst bestehende Dokumentationen mit neuen Funktionen und Verbesserungen und kommunizierst Änderungen effektiv. Darüber hinaus hältst du Stakeholder über Updates auf dem Laufenden und teilst regelmäßig Neuigkeiten über Entwicklungen mit.

**Identifizierung von Lücken, Beschreibung und Harmonisierung von Anforderungen in den Einkaufsteams**

Du definierst interne und externe Anforderungen, indem du Bedürfnisse spezifizierst, verschiedene Überlegungen (wie Nachhaltigkeit) einbeziehst und kategoriespezifische Akzeptanzkriterien in Zusammenarbeit mit den Einkaufsteams entwickelst. Darüber hinaus bist du der Ansprechpartner für Fragen im Zusammenhang mit Purchase-to-Pay während Prozess
- und Projektbesprechungen und erklärst Abweichungen, Verbesserungspotenziale und Lücken. Außerdem wirst du Verbesserungen initieren und begleiten in Zusammenarbeit mit Nicht-Einkaufsteams (z. B. zentrales Projektmanagementteam, IT...) auf der Grundlage festgelegter Anforderungen.

Du stellst die erfolgreiche Implementierung durch Festlegung von Akzeptanzkriterien, Erstellung von Testfällen, Koordination der Testdurchführung mit den Einkaufsteams und Bereitstellung von Expertenwissen für bereichsübergreifende Projekte sicher, falls erforderlich.

**Qualifikationen**:
3 Jahre in einer Funktion im Einkauf oder in der Nähe des Einkaufs, idealerweise mit Erfahrung in SAP ERP-MM oder S/4 HANA.

Frühere Tätigkeiten wie P2P-Analyst, Einkaufsspezialist oder Systems Analyst mit Schwerpunkt auf der Identifizierung und Implementierung von Verbesserungen.

Erfahrung als Key-User oder Trainer ist von Vorteil.

Erfahrung in der Verwendung von Reporting
- und Analysetools, idealerweise in der SAP-Umgebung.

Vertrautheit mit Daten
- und Prozessanalysetools.

Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Fähigkeit, aussagekräftige Erkenntnisse aus Daten zu gewinnen.

Proaktiver Teamplayer mit großem Lerninteresse und dem Wunsch, auf dem neuesten Stand der neuen Tools und Technologiestandards zu bleiben.

Fähigkeit, Geschäftsbedürfnisse zu erkennen, abzustimmen, zu formulieren und zu kommunizieren (z. B. Benutzerstories).

Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit mit bereichsübergreifenden Teams, Stakeholdern und der Geschäftsleitung.

**Zusätzliche Informationen**:
Aus gesetzlichen Gründen sind wir verpflichtet darauf hinzuweisen, dass das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für diese Position bei monatlich EUR 2.202,00 brutto liegt. Unsere attraktiven Gehaltspakete orientieren sich jedoch an aktuellen Marktgehältern und liegen daher deutlich über dem angegebenen Mindestgehalt.
