**Wir suchen einen P2P Experten mit starkem System-Fokus für unsere operativen Einkaufsprozesse in unserem globales Beschaffungsteam in Elsbethen.**

Du bringst Erfahrung im Einkauf mit, bist bekannt für deine Systemaffinität, magst es, Prozesse zu optimieren, Neues zu lernen motiviert Dich, und du arbeitest gern im Team? Du bringst darüber hinaus Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP mit, insbesondere ERP-MM und MDG-M?

Dann bist du für uns als team-übergreifender Experte für unsere operativen Beschaffungsprozesse genau richtig. In dieser Rolle agierst du als Partner für unsere unterschiedlichen Teams im Einkauf und verantwortest neben verschiedenen operativen Aufgaben auch die Unterstützung optimale Anwendung unserer Systeme.

**Stellenbeschreibung**:
**Einkaufsexpertise kombiniert mit Systemwissen (Key-User)**

Mit deinem Wissen über den operativen Einkauf, kombiniert mit team-übergreifendem Prozess-Verständnis identifizierst du Lücken und Verbesserungspotenziale in unterschiedlichsten Einkaufskategorien.

Du hast einen Überblick über unsere Prozesse und team-spezifische Varianten im operativen Einkauf inkl. Material Management und verstehst, wie sich diese in der Systemlandschaft integrieren und wie sich Änderungen auswirken.

Du stellst sicher, dass implementierte Systeme (insbesondere neue) wie definiert genutzt werden, schließt Wissenslücken und nutzt dafür verschiedene interne Tools.

**Prozesstransparenz und -verständnis**

Du stellst Trainings und Onboardings sowie auch Prozess
- und Benutzerdokumentation für unsere Procurement-Kollegen und Lieferanten zur Verfügung und stellst einen reibungslosen Umgang mit unseren Systemen sicher. Neue Funktionen und Verbesserungen ergänzt du in der bestehenden Dokumentation und kommunizierst oder trainierst die Änderungen.

Zu Neuigkeiten hältst du die relevanten Stakeholder auf dem Laufenden und teilst regelmäßige Updates zu den Entwicklungen.

**Identifizieren von Lücken und Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten**

Unter Berücksichtigung unserer internen und auch externen Anforderungen (z.B. Sustainability) definierst du einkaufsspezifische Anforderungen und erweiterst diese gemeinsam mit den Teams im Einkauf um kategoriespezifische Punkte.

Mit dem Blick auf kontinuierliche Verbesserung identifizierst du Lücken und Standardisierungs-Potenziale für unsere Prozessen, Systeme, Daten und Reports und sorgst dafür, dass diese geschlossen werden. Dafür gehst du in einen aktiven Austausch mit allen Teams im Einkauf und bringst konkrete Umsetzungsvorschläge mit.

**Harmonisieren und spezifizieren von Anforderungen**

Du arbeitest mit den unterschiedlichen Teams im Einkauf um Anforderungen abzustimmen und zu spezifizieren. Mit deiner Expertise findest du heraus, wo Unterschiede und Varianten in unseren Prozessen und Daten Mehrwert bringen aber auch, wo Harmonisierung Sinn macht.

Anhand der abgestimmten Anforderungen triggerst du Projekte und Enhancements, um die Umsetzung gemeinsam mit Teams außerhalb des Einkaufs zu starten.

Du stellst entlang der Umsetzung sicher, dass die identifizierten Lücken und Erfordernisse wie definiert geschlossen werden, indem du Akzeptanz-Kriterien und Testfälle definierst.

Dabei koordinierst du die Durchführung der Tests entlang der Teams im Einkauf.

In x-funktionalen Projekten ist dein spezifisches Wissen als Team-Mitglied oder Expert on Demand gefragt.

**Qualifikationen**:
3 Jahre in einer Funktion im Einkauf oder in Einkaufsnähe, idealerweise Arbeitserfahrung mit SAP ERP-MM oder S/4 HANA sowie MDG-M

Erfahrung in der Funktion als Key-User oder Trainer ist von Vorteil

Erfahrung im Umgang mit Reporting und Analytics Tools, idealerweise im SAP Umfeld

Vertrautheit mit Daten und Prozess Analyse Tools

Proaktiver Teamplayer mit einem ausgeprägten Wunsch, zu lernen und in Bezug auf neue Tools und technologische Standards auf dem Laufenden zu bleiben

Fähigkeit, Business Needs zu Erkennen, Abzustimmen, zu Hinterfaragen und diese zu Formulieren und kommunizieren (z. B. User Stories)

Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Fähigkeit, aus Daten aussagekräftige Erkenntnisse zu gewinnen

Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams, Interessengruppen und dem Management

**Zusätzliche Informationen**:
Aus gesetzlichen Gründen sind wir verpflichtet darauf hinzuweisen, dass das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für diese Position bei monatlich EUR 2.202,00 brutto liegt. Unsere attraktiven Gehaltspakete orientieren sich jedoch an aktuellen Marktgehältern und liegen daher deutlich über dem angegebenen Mindestgehalt.
