Localization Manager

We are looking for a motivated and proactive individual to join our Documentation & Localization department as Localization Manager.

**YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Managing the localization workflow, from initial request to delivery of the final output. Ensuring that all steps in the workflow are correctly followed and any changes are documented in our project management tools
- Processing all incoming localization requests for all departments in a timely and professional manner
- Managing and maintaining the pool of external translators we work with, ensuring we maintain a reliable quality and passing back feedback from internal reviewers
- Preparing content for translation using our translation memory software, and updating the translation memories with the finished document
- Tracking all localization activities by department, maintaining an overview of ongoing volumes and costs

**YOUR PROFILE**
- You must be a native or near-native English speaker
- You should be meticulous and well organised; excellent administrative skills and attention to detail are critical to this role
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and cope with pressure during peak times is important
- You should be a confident, open person who can own this role and is not afraid to chase up contributors to ensure we deliver on time
- Computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office products is essential
